Busy Ape Arts has staged many projects within a community context combining more than one art form with breath-taking results.

Home – performance project for women
Phoenix Fest – festival for young people including drama, film,
visual arts & creative writing
Nightlights – a community project combining glow art, ultra violet
art & performance
Gobby Base – children’s puppet project combining dance, drama,
music & visual arts
Art Bus – performance-led public art tour in collaboration with the
Customs House
Routes – visual arts and creative writing project with Asian
communities in Middlesbrough
